The Aeronautical Museum of Lanzarote is hosted by the first passengers’ building at the Arrecife International Airport. It does not focus exclusively on aeronautical themes, but it also offers a perspective on how the tourist development of Lanzarote was influenced or, at least, went hand in hand with the development of the airport. A masterpiece by Cesar Manrique used to embellish one of the rooms of the museum before it was moved and sheltered at the Cesar Manrique Foundation.
